How it works

1. Click the apply now button, fill out the form and I’ll be in touch to book you in for your free, no obligation welcome call. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better, understand what you’re looking to achieve and see if we’re a good fit to work together.


2. We’ll kick off our journey together with an in depth 1 hour consultation where we’ll delve deeper into your goals, lifestyle, needs and wants. We’ll also complete a movement screening. From here I’ll write a tailored programme geared towards you and your movement ambitions. Get excited, this is where the fun begins!


3. You’ll dive in to your training plan with a full explanation of the workout sessions and access to video links of the exercises to help with understanding. You’ll track your sessions with options to make notes/ask questions/leave feedback all of which I’ll follow up on.


4. We’ll have weekly check in calls to chat about progress and keep you accountable. At the start of new training blocks we’ll have a longer one hour session to make sure you’re comfortable with the new routine. There will be opportunities for learning, reflection and more in depth reviews too. I’ll be on hand via whatsapp to support and guide you throughout.

You want a clear plan to follow instead of feeling lost in the gym

I’ve been there - meandering through a session because you have no plan, not sure what’s best to do, feeling demotivated and overwhelmed. Let’s be honest - that’s not going to get you results. I’ll take the guess work out of it for you and create an individual programme that works for your goals and your lifestyle.

You’re in it for the long haul, not for a quick fix

There are no quick fixes with fitness - there I said it. Improving your health and fitness takes time and commitment and with online coaching I want to build a relationship with you that provides long term support, guidance and progression to keep you engaged, motivated and on track with your movement journey.

You’d like flexibility in when and where you train

Online coaching provides accountability via regular check ins alongside support when you need it via whatsapp but allows flexibility in when you exercise and where you do it. Great if you prefer to have the option of being able to train when and where you like rather than a pre booked personal training session.

You have a basic understanding of fitness and exercise form

Online Coaching is different to in person training and whilst you will receive exercise guidance through video examples and analysis a basic understanding of exercise form will be beneficial to begin. If you are completely new to exercise I would recommend in person sessions with a personal trainer to get you started.

You want to work with a like minded coach who gets it
